Fine Blanking/Stamping
Fine Blanking is utilized in the manufacturing process of high precision disc springs and represents one of the fundamental production methods. Therefore, we strive for state-of-the-art production capabilities at Christian Bauer GmbH + Co.
Fine Blanking is recognised as the Industry norm for producing Quality Disc Springs above 1.25mm. In recent years it has been accepted by the Din 2093 to replace machining (turning) the springs. Stamping of part above 1.25mm is not accepted in the Din 2093 specification.
The production machinery at our disposal is utilized not only for disc springs, but for many kinds of stamping and fine blanking parts as well.
